Please include your order number in the email. If your order has already been shipped, you may return it per the guidelines below.

To be eligible for return, the merchandise must be in the original purchase condition, include all original product documentation and must be in the original packaging, and shipped within 7 days of receiving the Return Shipping Authorization Code. Lucent Diamonds offers free return shipping for all U.S. orders and will provide the FedEx return label.
International Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling, insurance, custom duties and taxes obtained during the return shipping back to the United States. Lucent Diamonds will not reimburse you for these additional costs, they are non-refundable.

Additional shipping charges may be incurred if packages are returned via alternate carriers (including, but not limited to, UPS and Canada Post). Lucent Diamonds reserve the right to charge your credit card for any fees we incur at time of package receipt. To avoid additional charges, we recommend sending your return via FedEx- insured.
Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt.
Shipping and handling rates at purchase are non-refundable and will not be credited in the refund.

How To Return An Order
To return a product, please follow these few simple steps:
1. Obtain the Return Shipping Authorization Code: Call Lucent Diamonds at 424-777-2390 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and your free FedEx 2-Day return shipping label. Write the RMA number on the shipping label or on the outside of the package you are returning.
2. Package Your Return: Pack your item(s) and packing slip securely to guard against possible theft. We recommend that you securely package your items in a new FedEx box. Double-box your return (place jewelry box in a padded envelope within a larger box and pack to restrict movement of smaller box) and seal all seams or flaps on the outer box with tape. Include all original packaging and accompanying material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the US$250 replacement cost per certificate. For security reasons, do not write Lucent Diamonds on the outside of the box or any words that refers to fragile, valuable, diamonds, jewelry or anything related to jewelry. Returns improperly packaged will be refused.
3. Shipment & Insurance: Affix the Fed Ex shipping label on the outside of the box and drop it off at your local FedEx facility or schedule a Fed Ex pickup. DO NOT USE A DROP BOX. The FedEx agent must scan your package into their system and give you a receipt to act as proof of insurance. Only after the package is scanned into their system is it 100% fully insured. Please note that in order for the insurance to be valid with the use of your FedEx prepaid label, you must "double box" your shipment and follow our shipping instructions. Lucent Diamonds is not responsible for packages dropped off in FedEx Drop Boxes or Non-FedEx staffed locations. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Failure to follow these instructions will result in the refusal of any package.
All Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the day we receive the merchandise for return. Please ask your sales representative should you require additional information.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, with the exception of bank wire transfers. Orders paid by bank wire will be refunded by check.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. Credit card refunds typically take one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
